Return Period

Change of Mind / Non-Defective Products

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days after the delivery date for non-defective products.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition with original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers may request a replacement or refund within 90 days after delivery.

Return Eligibility
