The request for exchange can be made through the available customer service channels within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receiving the merchandise. The product must not show signs of usage and needs to be in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and the first copy of the invoice.
For products with defects, the period is up to 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of receiving the product.
Siemid Parts is not obliged to fulfill requests for exchange or return of any product without notifying the customer service department, or if they are outside the deadline or lacking the items/accessories that come with them.
When purchasing products from Siemid Parts partners (Marketplace), the handling of requests will be the responsibility of the partner, and all follow-up will be conducted by Siemid Parts.
Products are dispatched exactly as they were received from the manufacturer. If any of the following scenarios occurs, refuse the delivery and indicate the reason on the back of the invoice.

Return for exchange or “Change of Mind.”
To initiate a return due to change of mind, please follow the guidelines and conditions below:
The period for withdrawing from the product purchase or making an exchange without apparent reason is 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt.
The product should be sent in its original packaging, without any indications of use, without violating the manufacturer’s original seal, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document), the manual, and all accessories.
Return of defective products.
The deadline for exchanging defective products is 90 (ninety) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt.

Siemid Parts has up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, counted from the date of receiving the product at its Distribution Center, to verify if the request meets the requirements of the Exchange and Returns Policy. If so, the product will be sent for analysis by the manufacturer and eventual repair by its technical assistance. If not, the merchandise will be returned to the customer with an informative report. In these conditions,Siemid Parts reserves the right to charge new shipping fees.
The alignment process for carrying out the exchange or return.
To facilitate customer service and expedite the exchange procedure,Siemid Parts requests the completion of a form, along with the submission of photos to identify any potential product issues. This accelerates the process. It is extremely important to submit the form and photos. If this step is not completed,Siemid Parts cannot proceed with the exchange procedure. All coordination is handled by the customer service center.
Return via Correios (UPS postal service).
If the product, along with the packaging it was delivered in, weighs less than 30 kg, and none of its sides exceeds 104 cm, and the sum of its dimensions (length width height) does not exceed 200 cm, the return can be made by post.
To send the product, follow these instructions:
- Pack the product in its original packaging.
- Return all items/accessories that come with the product.
- Include the second copy of the DANFE received upon delivery. This is essential for the product to be identified.
- On the back of the DANFE, provide the reason for the return.
- Once you’ve posted the item, send us the tracking information.
All instructions will be provided by the customer service department.
Return via Transport Companies.
The product will be picked up at the address provided by the customer in their registration.
Siemid Parts does not arrange product pickups. All pickups are performed by third-party transport companies.
If the item to be exchanged is large, there will be contact to schedule the date, day, and time for the pickup.
All pickups are carried out by employees in proper uniforms and with identification badges from the respective transport companies.
Cancellation or withdrawal of a purchase that is with the transport company.
If you wish to cancel the purchase after the invoice has been issued, refuse to accept the product. After the merchandise returns to our Distribution Center, we will process the refund in the same payment method and for the total amount paid for the purchase, or credit for potential new purchases.
Refund of the paid amount.
Siemid Parts will refund the paid amounts using the same payment method chosen during the purchase process. In purchases via Mercado Pago, PayPal, and Ame, the values will be returned to the payment method and may take up to 40 days to be fully processed. For purchases paid with a credit card, the credit card company will be notified, and the refund will appear on the following or subsequent invoice, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement timeframe depends on the credit card company.
For purchases paid with a bank slip or debit from a bank account, the refund will be made via bank deposit within 10 (ten) business days, only to the buyer’s current account. The CPF of the account holder must match the one on the order (customer’s CPF). If the buyer does not have a current account meeting these conditions, an Order of Payment will be sent in the same timeframe, in the name of the buyer. It can be redeemed at any Itaú Bank branch, upon presentation of identification and CPF.
The refund will only be processed after receiving and analyzing the product(s) at the Siemid Parts Distribution Center.
Attention:Siemid Parts is exempt from the obligation to fulfill exchange or return requests for any product returned without notifying customer service, or if it is outside the deadline or lacks the items/accessories that come with it.
VALE-TROCA (Store Credit)
When requesting a cancellation, it is possible to receive a Store Credit of the same value as the purchase. In the case of products bought through partner stores on marketplaces, the credit can only be used for products from the same store and cannot be used across different marketplaces. After Siemid Parts releases the Store Credit, you will receive an email with the number.

Shipping Policy, Timelines, and Deliveries
The estimated delivery timeframe will only commence after the confirmation of registration details and the corresponding payment by the financial institution, which might take up to 2 (two) business days to complete.
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT CONSIDER SATURDAY AS A BUSINESS DAY.
Delivery
The delivery might not be completed within the stipulated timeframe due to factors such as the recipient’s absence at the provided address, incorrect registration details, product refusal by the recipient, change of recipient’s address, and occurrence of force majeure events such as floods, natural disasters, major accidents, or other instances and/or situations that hinder the delivery process.
Siemid Parts cannot guarantee that your order will be directly delivered to the address provided during purchase if the location falls under a “delivery restricted area” or is deemed “difficult to access,” as per the delivery policy of Correios (UPS postal service) and other transport companies.
In such cases, Correios will redirect the parcel to a nearby agency close to the recipient’s address, where the package can be collected directly from the agency. When this happens, our system will make three attempts to inform you, and Correios will send an informative letter to the recipient’s address (always keep your information updated, including email and phone numbers). It’s important to note that this process is beyond Siemid Parts’ control, and delivery restricted areas may change at any time as per Correios’ decisions.
As per Correios’ policy, parcels will be available for pickup for a period of 7 calendar days. If the package is not collected within this timeframe, the product might be returned to Siemid Parts without prior notice. In such cases, we will proceed with a refund in the form of a voucher or according to your preference.
This condition also applies to orders dispatched by our transport companies that are subsequently redirected via Correios.
Due to operational logistics, it’s possible that product posting and delivery might occur on different days.

You will be informed of the tracking code for your shipment via email as soon as it is dispatched.
Goods purchased on the website cannot be collected from Siemid Parts’ premises. Our delivery methods are via Correios or Transportadoras (transport companies), to the address provided in the order placed through the website.
All products sold on the website, in addition to the manufacturer’s packaging, are dispatched in exclusive boxes or envelopes designed to ensure product quality and prevent damage.
If you purchase a product from Siemid Parts and another product from a Siemid Parts partner, you might receive the goods on different days and at different times.
Attention
Before accepting the delivery, check if the package is not tampered with. If it is, do not accept the package and contact the self-service center.
Purchases made in the name of a Legal Entity are subject to the ICMS (Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services) charge, as per Protocol ICMS 41, dated April 4, 2008. If you have doubts about the applicable percentage, refer to Clause Second, §1º of the mentioned Protocol.
Your personal data related to address, payment, and order content will never be disclosed under any circumstances. Rest assured that they will not be used for any purposes other than processing the orders placed.
Regarding data traffic security, every transaction involving payment, whether by credit card or not, will be encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This means that only the store has access to this data. When you fill in your data and send it to us, they are encrypted, which renders them unrecognizable during their journey over the Internet, ensuring confidentiality.
